MSN weather page broken (or is this a new feature)

For some reason, the MSN page for weather is displaying weird(ly).

I went to MSN.com/weather/maps to check the status of Tropical Storm Zeta and I switched from "Precipitation" to "Temperature" and here is what it showed:

I am wondering if this is a bug (because Temperature and Precipitation are combined) or if this is a new feature. Thank you in advance.
