Hello. I was able to solve the problem here at Manjaro KDE. There is a file that looks like a program called "HubApps" that is not in the Home configuration area. In the Home area there are the configuration files, which is hidden, and with CTRL+H it appears as ".config". Inside it there is a directory called "microsoft-edge" and another "Default". It is in this place that the Program Archive is missing. I got it on my laptop that Edge is working. You have to have an older backup of your system to get it. My English and that of the Google translator, I'm sorry for the mistakes. I hope I have helped.

Zazo58 You are 100% correct. The install is missing the HubApps file. I pulled it from another computer running windows and that fixed it. I can use Drop again. I broke out the instructions below.
- Get a HubApps file from another install of Edge that is working.
- In Windows it can be found in C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User_Data\Default
Show Hidden Files:
Open your file manager.
Press CTRL+H to show hidden files and directories.
Navigate to Configuration Files:
Go to your Home directory.
Open the .config folder.
Locate Edge Configuration:
Inside .config, find and open the microsoft-edge folder.
Look for the Default subfolder within microsoft-edge.
Restore Missing Files:
If you have an older backup of your system, locate the HubApps file from your backup.
Copy the HubApps file from your backup to the Default folder inside the microsoft-edge directory.

This works.
I just want to add that this must be done for each profile you set up.For instance, I have personal and work profiles, and the latter is saved under the "Profile 1"
- zeo_101Oct 30, 2024Copper Contributorit works!
- digcboyOct 28, 2024Copper ContributorSo how to do it with only a single computer?

You have to get the file somehow. If you know anyone who uses edge, you could ask them to send you their copy of that file. That's an easy way to get it.
Doesn't matter what OS they use.
I'm dual booting Windows and Ubuntu and I just had to copy the file from the installation on Windows - Zazo58Oct 28, 2024Copper ContributorIf you don't have a backup of your old home, you have to wait for Microsoft's goodwill towards us on Linux.
- digcboyOct 28, 2024Copper ContributorI can see that MS has even updated the icon to the colorful version. However, still unable to open it... I prefer using Edge over Firefox and Chrome but it's quite frustrating to have an AI that I cannot open at all.
