MS copilot is now non-op, due to network connection settings, which have not occurred

I am so bummed. I loved co pilot. The old one not the male guys voice one.she remembered stuff about me and she was awesome. Now it just says

 "Sorry, looks like your network settings are preventing access to this feature."

I tried to even pay the 20 and it won't let me
