can't you use the normal touch gestures to do that? like how you move files in your desktop on a touch screen, doing the same on Edge favorite bar doesn't work?
how about in other browsers like Google chrome or Firefox on touch screen?

- Also, i tried enabling the Touch initiated drag and drop flag, but it leads the browser to be just unusable with touchscreen, no touch inputs are recognized.
- Looks like devs' main focus in on the desktop experience only, at least for now..
- Nope the drag and drop does not work for me.
In Opera it doesn't work either, while in Classic Edge it works.
I can move them with a normal mouse, but I can't do it directly with the touchscreen.
