Missing title bar for developer tools and any standalone tab
Does it have anything to do with the flags I modified?

This was a known issue. A fix went out in Canary V.115.0.1888.0. So the patch should reach the Dev channel soon.Jeremiah-V Good to know the news. Have been bothered for 2 weeks. Thanks for the info.
