Missing quick actions for selected text in PDF files

I am missing the handy quick-actions toolbar that appeared when selecting text in a PDF file. It is a handy little feature, that makes little tasks easier.   Screenshot from Classic Edge:

    This feature is still a work in progress for the Edge Insider channels. 

     

    Hopefully we can get it released soon for everyone.
