Minor UI issue on hoverover

Found a small issue on the UI when hovering over a link. Happens on sites as well.

    stuxstu I don't have that issue. Did you try to restart your browser to check if that resolves the issue?

    I do have the exact same version as you do.

      Correct & fine, here, too, BUT... I have a nore recent Dev Build 75.0.131.0  Canary is currently 75.0.133.0 and, it, also, works properly. I checked both.  Suggest you look into having the latest Build for yourself & then, check this, again.

      Elliot Kirk I can confirm this is fixed now in Version 75.0.131.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
