Minimize Close button disappear

I have noticed when i maximize Edge that the minimize and close buttons are not there.  If i double click the bar to restore to windowed they come back.

This only affects release not Beta or Dev builds

Version 111.0.1661.41 (Official build) (64-bit)  Release build

OS  Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS
