Microsoft Edge Xbox - navigator.vibrate( ) should vibrate controllers

Microsoft Edge on Android supports the navigator.vibrate( ) JavaScript function, for vibrating the user's device.

Edge on Xbox, should also support this function, and vibrate controllers instead.
