Microsoft Edge Upload Problem

Browser is using upload while i am doing nothing

I've been watching for a long time with a software that shows what using the internet

and Microsoft Edge uploads periodically (even when tabs are closed, new tab only)

For this reason, I cannot use the Microsoft Edge browser
