Microsoft Edge restoring PWAs on startup even when they were closed before shutting down

Question

Hi!&nbsp;&nbsp;Many times when I close my PWAs and shut down my laptop, after startup the PWAs again get launched without clicking on them. Ideally, this shouldn't happen.Is anyone else also facing the same issue?Or if anyone has a solution then plz do share it with me.Thanks
