Microsoft Edge for business: 5 mac app, not 4

Last time i downloaded this, you replaced simply with my edge. 

as you see, you use same folder and even if i launch it, i see same configuration. 

even firefox has identical icon and name, but once i rename to firefox esr, they create a different profile, so i can use both esr and firefox. 

this is the exact same problem i have with chrome dev and beta. i don't know about chrome business, because they never gave me a download link, even after multiple request.
