MIcrosoft Edge Dev keeps glitching whenever I open it

Hi,

I'm using the most recent version of Microsoft Edge Dev. The problem of Edge randomly glitching and not letting me click anything happened maybe a couple months ago. I only have the following flags enabled:

- Parallel Downloading

- Native Client

- System Notifications

- Enable system notifications

- Fill passwords on account selection

- Microsoft edge split screen

- Boost screen refresh when scrolling.

- Block insecure downloads.

Any help?
