Microsoft Edge and mail.com

I've been using Microsoft Edge since I got this laptop a couple of years ago. Edge is better than any other browser; however, within the past month or so, I haven't been able to login into my mail.com account, or, print. Firefox so far is the only browser that will let me do both.

I was in contact with Microsoft a couple of weeks ago and, unfortunately, nothing was resolved. My warranty is expired on my laptop, but, not on my printer. 

I have an anti-virus / malware protection that I'm using and it didn't find anything. Has anyone else had these issues or is it just me?
