Microsoft Edge Add-Ons Themes Won't Install

I'm trying to install themes from here:
Microsoft Edge Add-ons - Themes

When I click GET then ADD THEME it just hangs with "waiting". Then later if I refresh the page and click GET again it says "This item is already installed" but it never installs. I also get an error message in my downloads that says, "Couldn't Download - Network Issue".

    Thanks for the reply. It started working later. Looks like the Microsoft server with the themes was having issues.

    Hello, normally when you add a theme, you don't have to worry about downloads. When the theme's popup appears, you often have to go to settings, appearance, and select your theme which should appear next to the pre-installed ones.
