Well I mean a Windows 10 pro user and the account isnt' using a domain computer
Domain controller or group policy is not required in order to use WDAG, whether it's InPrivate mode or not.

- I can't turn it on, it says greyed out. I think it is my system isn't meeting the requiremnts. 😞

- Yeah that's most likely it, if your system doesn't meet that requirement then you Probably won't be able to use Windows Sandbox either
