Medical Dragon Extension

I am trying to get medical dragon extension to work on Edge. It crashes the internet browser. Now, the extension works very well with the PC program, which has now been outdated by Nuance. It is a frustrating issue and is forcing me to use Chrome instead of Edge, which is my preferred browser. Is Microsoft working on this? Nuance? Am I doing something wrong?
