Manage allowed extensions for Edge

Hi,

 

Coud the "Allow specific extension to be installed " gpo be run like the entreprise mode with an xml file ?  

A Business management  more efficient !

    With an XML file i don't know, but i know it's possible to authorize specific extension (even if not from the store without alert on boot with GPO)

      Wittycat  Yes. Actually, I use this GPO method. It's not practice in Entreprise!

        Actually i found it very useful, since the id don't change you can update it (if loaded from elsewhere) and you can push it with the domain.
        Because an xml file can be altered to load a rogue extension the gpo is more secure than an xml.
        But i'm not sure what i have understand is what you want (since i'm often too much technical), can you please explain again with an exemple ^^.
