Make the InPrivate icon blue

This is a small thing that can make the browser better and more different from chrome. As part of the process to add fluent design to the browser, the InPrivate icon should be blue just like how it was in internet explorer and old edge. The current one still looks too chrome like and is an eyesore compared to the old ones.
