MacOS edge beta wont open
After the latest update to Edge Insider Beta for MacOS 10.15 the browser no longer opens. I get a message that says Updating Microsoft Edge Microsoft Edge will launch once the updates have finished installing. I have left it going for a few hours and it never updates and I am unable to use the browser. Anyone else have this issue?

I am having the same problem on my install. I cannot get any Microsoft app to install. It freezes on installer and crashes. Auto-update also became stuck. It's as if Microsoft is writing to /, which is read-only. OneDrive also presents this problem.

have you tried first uninstalling the browser (and choosing to remote all data when asked) and then reinstalling it?
