Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't seem to get that option at edge://settings/system
I apologize that setting is not yet ready for the Mac version.
It would have not given you the complete control you were speaking of with the update process ( The Windows version doesn't either).
These update control features look like they will be a work in progress and might not show up till later
builds, since we are still adding and fixing stuff frequently.
