On the iPhone there is always an iOS Microsoft authentication broker token corruption issue (Intune Company Portal/Microsoft Authenticator + iOS keychain), so fully remove the device from Entra ID/Azure AD, uninstall Edge and Authenticator/Company Portal, reboot, reinstall Authenticator first, and sign in to re-establish the broker. Then install Edge. If it is still silently dropping with no Entra sign-in logs while the same account works on iPad, it’s a device-specific iOS keychain/broker bug that requires an Apple reset (Erase All Content and Settings) or Microsoft support escalation.
