Lost password in Edge

Lost all my passwords in Edge 30.09 Could not restore them from a fileHad to reset the computer to get them backBut today 2.10 I lost them again

I have 2 computers on the same profile and they only disappear from the laptop

I am trying a system restore back to the day before the latest update was released. I'll let you know if this fixes the problem.
