Live Stream Latency Issues

When watching live video streams on YouTube or Twitch my browser is consistently behind the bulk of the other viewers in the chat. When I was testing with other browsers, Edge was noticeably behind both Firefox and Chrome. I asked others in the community of the live stream who used Edge and they experienced the same thing. This may be worth looking into, it's frustrating to deal with when trying to interact with live chatrooms.
