Linux version 114.0.1823.11 Hi DPI scaling broken

Distribution: Arch Linux up to date

Kernel 6.3.2

Display system: Xorg (not Wayland)

Since the update to 114, scaling is broken. Every UI element is not properly scaled (should be 150% scaled in my case).

Websites are also scaled too small, but can be adjusted by the global scale parameter (set to 150%).
