Link URL preview falls off screen when hovering over link

I hope this is the right place to post this.  I'm just starting to use Edge and when I hover over a link (any hyperlink), the URL to the link is displayed in a different monitor instead of at the bottom of my current monitor (where Edge is).  For example, see the screenshot.  I have 3 monitors.  Edge runs in the top-left screen.  When I hover over a link, the URL to that link shows up an inch into the monitor below it.  This only happens when Edge is maximized.
