I am also on the latest Canary, which is, version 77.0.223.0 running on Windows 10 version 1903. It is quite strange, though.

I think they are rolling out this feature slowly country by country.
- i think it's account by account since i'm in US (normally the first one to have feature and i don't have this sync).
