Keyboard shortcut to close note in Microsoft excel?

Can someone tell me the keyboard shortcut to close a note in excel? I don't have a mouse. To open a note it is SHIFT+F2 I don't know how to get back into the document all I can do is move around the...

rsGMAS, hopefully you've figured this out already or have a new mouse, but if not, try the "escape" key on your keyboard (x2).

    leah6 Yes, that is correct, but you need to press "escape button" twice.
