Issues with flickering youtube video's?

Hi,

Does anybody has some issues with video's that are flickering? It happens on youtube and if you click on the fullscreen button in youtube, the whole page is going haywire (see attached file/video). Especially the green colours are having trouble. When you reload it everything is working fine. On other video's (for example embedded video') this problem sometimes occur as well. Does it have something to do with an AMD processor (AMD ryzen 7 3700u)?
