Issues with clipboard history pinned elements

Hi! My clipboard history is showing some issues lately (it's not happening after an update but "randomly"). All my pinned items are now blank, as showed in the below picture:

I've done some research and it appears that pinned items are saved in the path C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Clipboard\Pinned . The items are still there , but they're encrypted. Any idea of how I can decrypt them (I am the owner of the PC, files, etc.)?
