Issue with spell check in Edge

I'm having an issue with spell check not working as expected in Microsoft Edge.  For some reason it works fine in OWA but doesn't work in other web apps such as Power Apps and the tech community forums.  I've checked and spell check is turned on for the correct language in Edge.

My version of Edge is 91.0.864.59 but then another user in my organisation with the same version is not having the issue I'm having and spell check for them is working fine in Edge.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there anything else I can check?
