Is this Normal??? --In Edge mobile Android

  1. Is this normal? Tabs are in this format instead of those preview like tabs(first Photo) and Privacy and Security settings is weird(Second Photo)

    No, both the things are not normal that you are showing as seen in the screenshots below.

        I figured it out, I somehow messed with the accessibility settings in browser, thank you.

    And this in IOS

    I couldn't find this type of design in android, why, is it in development? Instead we, in android have this 

    such a difference in design, Someone should definitely answer me regarding this.
