Is there some way to select a download folder without needing to use the mouse?

Edge 99

Is there some way to choose the folder where a downloaded file gets saved that doesn't require me to click the "Save As" button with the mouse?

Under settings, I have "Ask me what to do with each download" enabled, because I need to target certain folders for certain files.

I have repetitive actions where I need to click on 10-20 files to download them, but instead of having to click each file, then click the Save As button, I am wanting to use a keyboard shortcut to select "Save As" so I don't have to continually move the mouse back and forth.

In Chrome, when "Ask me what to do with each download" is enabled, when you click to save a file, it immediately brings up a file browse dialog where you can either brower to a folder, or simply hit enter to download the file to the last selected folder.  This saves so much time on repetitive download tasks vs having to click the Save As button for every single file.  Is there a way around this?

Is this possible?

Can you try giving clear examples of what you need and why you need such shortcut? I thought I understood your point but its lacking info. What are you downloading? I understand this is app specific(Edge Browser)...

Helpontheway sorry, I thought I was very clear on what I was trying to accomplish, what are you needing clarification on?

Ctrl-S isn't useful for saving file downloads, it is only for saving the content being displayed (webpages, etc.).
