As I understand it, there's no setting to disable this Bing feature. I recommend sending feedback asking for this functionality to be added. To send feedback, click on the ☰ top right of the Bing search results page > Select Feedback. If page loading is too slow to comfortably use the browser, you may want to test if you get better performance with another default search engine. Enter edge://settings/search in the address bar to access the search engine settings page.
