Is the new tab page randomly popping out the known issue?

On a different note, unlike the previous beta leaks that were hosted on 3rd party servers and other stable leaks, there is in fact a link that points right to the Microsoft servers.

Actually, I didn't find the link myself, the link that is giving by the leaker (randomly found) has same link I provided to you. But I realized that's just the little word changing on the link, nothing more.

Deleted yes，i tried the so-called stable version, and i found the same issue as yours, so I turned back to the official releases, and now i use the beta version, no new windows come out randomly...😂
