Is it possible to add a "New Feature" or "Changelog" tab after an update?

Given the fact that "Chromium Edge" is being developed at turbo speed, it might be impractical to log everything that's changed from minor build to minor build, however, I think any user-facing changes should be documented somewhere in a human-readable format (not just endless lists of commits and merges)... and easily accessible.
