Is it possiable to separate PDF/EPUB parts of older versions Edge as separate application?

Old edge can view PDF and EPUB files smoothly, both in trackpad and touch screen.
But in New Edge (also in canary version), the PDF viewer is not smoothly like before, and can not view EPUB files.

Old edge is the best PDF/EPUB files viewer, no other application can replace it.
