Intune presedence over GPO destroy Edge configuration

Dear all,

Our company playing with migration computers from local GPO polices for edge to Intune polices.

During migration we need to be sure to have all setting in place.

But when the parameter MDM winovergpo is set in the intune>>>> In the edge is set to empty 14 configuration parameters  like Extensionallowlist. This parameters is set to empty it means company cannot restrict anything, users can do everything.

We have this case on MS support more that 9 mounts and looks like it will be continue to year maybe.

MS can able reproduce our error but from that time we are still waiting for real solution.

Please tell me what is your experience? Do you have experiences with Intune precedence setting in Edge?
