install edge chromium and replace classic edge
Hello I've seen before when installing the Edge Chromium, the classic Edge version was replaced
Today I installed Windows 19H2 and installed the Edge Chromium-dev version, but the classic Edge is still accessible
How do I replace edge with Classic Edge?

according to this official document:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/DeployEdge/microsoft-edge-sysupdate-windows-updates
only Stable version of the Edge insider will do that, other channels (Beta/Dev/Canary) don't have that behavior.
currently, the only versions of Edge insider available are in here:
https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download/
stable version will be officially released in January 15th 2020

stable version will be officially released in January 15th 2020Do you know, if Microsoft is pushing the Edge Chromium as replace for the old Edge version - meaning will it replace via monthly updates the old Edge version on all Win10 PCs?

yes it's going to replace the old Edge via an update from Windows update, beginning January 15
