I am an educator. I hope I can go back to the old edge, I did not realize annotating would not be possible on the new version. In the educational setting, my students use it on their devices to write on documents provided by different teachers, save their annotations, and submit them for points. For DISTANCE LEARNING, I was going to use it to annotate on whatever I was presenting on my Teams Meeting with my students to better explain the concepts. Please add this feature ASAP. Thank you.
profelunaI was in the same boat. I installed the new Edge and was really surprised when the pen was gone. I posted on MS and learned that you can uninstall the new Edge and it will take you back to the old Edge. I now have my pen back. About half of my students are coming back to in person learning and half are going to be virtual. This will certainly be a year like no other!
