Inking on Web Pages - Discussion

I think this would be incredibly useful, both at University as I can annotate the web page for my assignment. I can also see this been widely used at school too.
The ability to add comments like you can in office, and share it with other people in a group is something I could use it for. Especially if it is a research activity and I needed to create notes from it, and was working in a group.
With that, it could store a copy of this on OneDrive where I can share it with other people within my group, and we can all edit it from there. This is what OneNote allows us to do with it's extension.
The use of different colours will be good. Especially if we were able to all see the web page we were annotating. Different colours for different people, but also different topics. I could see this been done in schools as well.
I know this will be possible because the old version of Edge allowed this and saved it as a local copy on your computer.
At the moment I use the OneNote extension which copied the page to OneNote online where I can annotate it from there.
