This feature is very valuable for touch based devices.
So sometimes I am explaining a website or part of website to someone on tablet Windows 10 and I just open ink and use pen to draw some line and it is more productive that show it with my finger.
It is also cool for UX and UI discussion, so let say there is a website and they asked me for feedback on UI and UX, so I just draw some lines and say we need to do this and that and they save it. In past they get screenshot and I use snipping tool to draw lines and show quick feedbacks.
It would be nice to have option of writing text or handwriting recognition, because my hand writing is not so well 🙂 , and some people have hard time to read it.
This is super feature for touch mode and tablet but it shouldn't limited to touch.
