This is in reply to both people:
Inking IS available for PDFs in Dev & Canary.
It should be in Edge for PDFs, as well, soon.
I'm not saying it's definitely coming, but, we do expect Inking to, also, be in the browser itself, soon. Countless people want it and have been asking for it.

it's obviously not sent from windows mobile since you wrote "mobil" instead of "mobile"
