info hover bug on new page with background image?

Hi,

Not sure if this is happening just on my machine....
If you have set a new page to have a new Bing image every day, there is the option to click/hover on the double arrow icon in the bottom right corner. Normally you'll get a small popup with a image description. Ever since the latest update this is not working anymore.
Is this just broken on my end, or do other people see this too?
