Inactivate Translator "PopUp"

Hi!

Is it anyway to disable the Translation dialog that popsup when a user access a site with a different language then the primary?

I want the users to be able to use the translation feature but without any prompts.

We had some users that accidentally activated translation for a site and that caused some very interesting problems.
