In recent versions, the edge canary frequently crashes after being open for a while.
I'm not sure if it's due to the browser itself or if it's being affected by extensions. There have been about three or four updates, but this issue has persisted. Sometimes it crashes after being open for several minutes, and other times it crashes after just a few minutes.

zhoufenfens Same here. Crashing all the time and many sites do not load at all (Error Code 5 or 11).
MacOS 12.6.8.
Canary 117.0.2023.0. Removed all extensions.
- Edge overall has become very unstable over the past months. It crashes often for me, some sites simply do not work anymore while they do in Chrome.
It feels like the more they tack on to it beyond the standard chromium engine the more unstable its getting.
The other day I had something in my synched data that just outright crashed the browser every time it fetched the sync data.
