Improving Web Capture Markup

Problem: when I use Web Capture -> Markup, most of the time I want to put emphasis on text. But this is https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/690961460830142485/969074678368972800/unknown.png

Solution: Add the ability to draw straight lines, either with hotkey (ctrl + drag mouse?) or add a highlighter which intelligently covers text.
