Improvement - new tab page

We should have the ability to be able to enforce what "page layout" option people have on the new tab page via Intune/MEM.

We are testing with the Office 365 Page content type but on top of that would like to enforce the Informational layout to ensure all users get more of the Office365 view when on the new tab page.
