Improper pdf embed object Rendering - Possible improvement

There is an thing about chromium browser vendor that certainly I dislike is that they consume a lot of CPU and do a lot of unnecessary rendering.

Edge Chromium while rendering PDF also renders the sides which are black in case of dark theme or light otherwise. This can be seen in the screenshot.

What happens is that when we scroll, these extra side areas which should be static and do not need to be rendered are also rendered. This effect is even more visible when scrolling with "Force Dark Mode Flag" turned on, with white bar scrolling up or down with PDF.

The idea is that screen should be divided into three parts of which only the center part should scroll.

If the team could look onto this possible improvement, it would be a great. And it would even reduce the CPU cycles consumed.
