I started to feel like discussion being ignored

I know that discussion forum has been declined with users since some time ago. Recently I rarely see a community representative respond to any feedback by anyone other than software breaking bugs. I have raised some issue I have with Edge here regrading some productivity features lost not sure due to bug or deliberately being disabled by developers. I am worried about the future development of Microsoft Edge and maybe one day I might switch to other browser if the features are continuing to be lost.
